The Basic tab holds the basic information about the selected employee. In this tab is where you can invite your employee to the online portal. This will send an email to the address supplied. The graph allows you to easily see wages paid to the selected employee.
The Pay tab holds the salary, pay schedule, as well as pay type. In the Pay History, you can view the employee's wages for current and past years as well as print W-2s from this section.
The Tax Setup tab holds federal and state allowance and withholding options. The state and local tax information depend on the primary worksite.
The Deductions tab shows available deductions as well as child support, garnishments and levies. These vary from employee to employee and depend on how you set the employee up in the system.
The Other tab shows Leave policies and activity in the system. The application allows Vacation, Sick and PTO policies each which are customizable in the settings section.
